Sometimes people realise they need help to achieve their full potential. Career coaching is a specialist service that we provide to support people as they plan how best to chart their own careers and prepare for new opportunities.
During the sessions, we take employees through a process of identifying their strengths and potential blind spots, their drivers for engagement, and the values that underpin the types of roles that they aspire to holding.

Our process: coaching for career development
Career development coaching is a 1-1 process. Typically, sessions will last between 90 minutes and 2 hours, and the programme duration will be tailored based on the unique circumstances of the individual involved.
Our assigned career coach will work with the employee to assess their current skills, experience, and requirements. For those seeking to make the move to a new role, we’ll help explore potential options, and make an action plan to help the employee to become better able to market their skills and succeed in future interviews.
During the programme, our world-class career coaches can also support the employee to:

YOUR CAREER COACHING JOURNEY

STEP ONE: ASSIGNMENT
Based on the unique scenario, and type of employee involved we’ll assign our most suitably qualified and experienced career coach, based on their specialisms and sector experience.

STEP TWO: PLANNING
In every case, the assigned coach will work with the individual involved and identify their career goals. The career coach shall then outline a detailed plan around how such goals may be achieved.

STEP THREE: THE MEETINGS
Executive career coaching sessions each typically last between 90 minutes and 2 hours. Our dedicated coach will work with the employee from the outset to plan the best structure, number of sessions and desired duration.

STEP FOUR: ASSESSMENT
Progress is assessed during each session. Although confidential, overall progress may be shared with the individual’s manager, if relevant.

STEP FIVE: EVALUATION
It may also be helpful to have conversations, with relevant colleagues before, during, and after the career coaching programme to evaluate the success of the programme and need for further development.
