Paula Harris

COACH

“Paula has been a power of strength to me: she makes me see things about myself I don’t see. I did not do myself justice. It was hard to get over my cultural baggage but now that I have shown that I am as good as any other, if not better!”
– Research Fellow, RCOG
"Paula is a master at coaching and making difficult issues vanish".
– CEO Financial Services
“Paula is a superb coach and mentor. Practical and results focused she gently but firmly helped me find my direction and helped me find the confidence to stop procrastinating and to take action".
– New business start up
“Paula is one of the rare people that are great at what they do, whilst being great to work with. Paula's people skills are exceptional making her an ideal choice when working with organisational change or the development of people. It is unusual to find someone who understands the theory well but can also apply it with real life sense and good reason. I can't recommend Paula highly enough.”
– Board Director
