About Emma Schofield

Emma is an experienced Executive Coach who creates space for leaders to pause, reflect and reconnect with who they are — so they can lead with greater clarity, confidence and purpose. With over two decades of leadership and organisational development experience, she brings depth, insight and a grounded presence to every coaching conversation.

As an EMCC Accredited Coach, Emma supports senior leaders across the NHS, public sector, private companies and SMEs to navigate complexity, build emotional intelligence and lead with impact. Her style is calm, intuitive and action-focused — blending curiosity, challenge and support in equal measure. Clients often describe her as a trusted thinking partner who helps them cut through the noise and find their own answers.

Emma’s coaching is rooted in the belief that great leadership starts with self-awareness. She helps leaders explore their values, patterns, and strengths, identify what’s getting in the way, and take intentional steps forward. Her approach draws on insights from organisational psychology, systems thinking and mindset science — and is always tailored to the individual’s context, goals and personality.

She has worked with a diverse range of leaders from Directors and CEOs to emerging talent, empowering them to lead authentically, have braver conversations and influence more effectively. Whether clients want to increase their impact, shift their mindset, or simply think more clearly, Emma offers a confidential, non-judgemental space to do the deep work that leads to real change.

Emma holds a Master’s in HR and Organisational Development, and has previously held senior people leadership roles, including Director of People and Operations and Non-Executive Director.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys travelling, being outdoors, practising yoga and cooking for family and friends.
