Clare has over 20 years experience as an executive coach and delivered thousands of coaching hours both as an in-house coach and an external leadership coach and mentor coach. She has held senior Human Resources (HR) and operational roles with extensive global experience in a multinational organisation. These roles include Global Coaching Lead, Global Head of Employee Relations, Engagement and Learning and Development, operational experience as Director of Middle East and Africa region for a multinational cultural relations body.

Clare’s approach is always personal and tailor-made, she will draw on her experience using a wide range of methodologies and work with the coaching formula that suits her client. She is a particular advocate of solution focused coaching, strengths based coaching and reflective practice. Either way, clear indicators of success are set at the start of the process and clients will develop strategies for success, navigating transition, career progression, organisational change.
Frequent themes in coaching include strategic thinking; navigating politics; authentic leadership; leading a team; imposter syndrome, career change, confidence, resilience and well-being. Drawing on her extensive global leadership experience she understands the constantly changing dynamics in a complex work environment and how important it is to build effective resilience strategies to ensure success.
Clare is known for her work in diversity and using coaching solutions to support progression of women leaders and other minority groups. She offers a structured group coaching solution for larger organisations that want to make a change to leadership style and culture or support specific leadership, talent or under-represented groups.
Clare’s clients range from global matrix companies to creative and tech start-ups and third sector organisations, as well as individuals who want to change their career and achieve more. The industry sectors she has worked with are varied, covering tech and telecoms, professional services, legal, creative industries, and government. Clare coaches regularly at senior Director and C-Suite levels but is happy coaching any individual who is wanting to change and seeking a more rewarding work/life experience.
