“Liz was a huge help to me in my first six months as a CEO.  I had some difficult personnel and structural issues to sort out and being able to talk these through with Liz enabled me to see a clear path through the difficulties.  She has a calm and supportive manner, coupled with excellent understanding of, and experience with, working with poorly functioning management teams.  She is a big part of the reason that I am still in the job and loving the role.”
